'A Few Of The Many' was inspired by the collective effort of the anonymous majority of service personnel who went about their duties relentlessly and courageously, often without recognition, but without which ultimate victory would have been impossible. This is a unique book as between its covers surviving RAF fighter pilots tell their stories in their own words and for the first time. The stories cover the battles of France and Britain, the fighter offensive of 1941/2; the fighting in Sicily and Italy; the build up to D-Day; and beyond to the V Weapons and Jet Age.
