ملخص:The authors address the topic of family law in the Middle East and North Africa from different angles. It has been viewed from a geographical and disciplinary level. Next to this, different topics of family law are addressed. These are arguments on the law (discussed by public, political and religious debates) and arguments of the law (described by examining the practices of judges, lawyers and litigants.
